Position Overview

We’re seeking a Beauty Community Partnership Specialist to build relationships with beauty business owners and book qualified consultation calls for our 3-Day RESET Method™.

This is a remote, commission-based role, perfect for someone who loves connecting with salon/spa/medspa owners, enjoys relationship-building, and is motivated by performance-based income.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research salons, medspas, spas, and beauty schools
  • Build relationships with business owners via:
  • Instagram DMs (primary)
  • Phone calls
  • Email
  • LinkedIn (optional)

Start conversations around common industry challenges, including:

  • Inconsistent bookings / empty chairs
  • Staff underperformance / high turnover
  • No-show or cancellation policies not enforced
  • Leadership gaps and operational chaos

Introduce the 3-Day RESET Method™ as a solution for structure, stability, and growth

  • Qualify leads and schedule consultation calls
  • Track outreach, conversations, and bookings
  • Work closely with LUXE leadership to ensure smooth client handoff

$3,500 $500 (~14%) Micro/small salons/spas (<$2M revenue)

$7,500 $1,000 (~13%)Small businesses ($2M–$5M)

$12,500 $1,500 (~12%)Medium ($5M–$15M)

$20,000 $3,000 (~15%)Larger ($15M–$30M)

Ongoing Coaching Retainer

  • $3,000/month → $360 commission (~12%)
  • Paid if retainer closes alongside the RESET

Bonuses: Volume-based incentives for multiple confirmed RESET bookings per month
