We are seeking a results-driven Associate Program Manager to join our Consumables team in the MENAT region. This role will focus on driving strategic initiatives to accelerate the growth of Consumables & Everyday Essentials Business, with high exposure to Senior Leadership. If you are passionate about solving complex problems, developing innovating strategies and influencing diverse stakeholders, this is the role for you. Key job responsibilities 1. Strategic Vision and Optimization: dive deep into complex logics to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and efficiency involving Marketing, CX, Tech and other PM teams. 2. Process Implementation: design and implement scalable processes to take action on the plans designed, ensuring seamless integration and driving adoption across the organization. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration: influence and align with multiple stakeholders across countries and functions, fostering collaboration and driving decisions within a matrix organization. 4. Effective Communication: communicate effectively your strategies, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences to ensure clarity and drive Senior Leadership decision making. 5. Adaptability and Agility: thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, responding to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on long-term objectives. Lead a deep-dive session with the Finance and BI team to uncover insights Collaborate with different departments on country/regional execution plans Mediate a workshop to refine new processes and align cross-functional teams Prepare strategic documents to address leadership decisions BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing timeExperience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systemsExperience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - - 1–3 years of experience in program management, marketing, or a related role.
