It\'s about inspiring reflection, encouraging discussion and helping learners connect leadership theory to real-life workplace practice.</p><p>Your role is all about helping aspiring and existing managers build confidence, capability and purpose in their roles.</p><p>You\'ll be:</p><ul><li>Delivering engaging online teaching and coaching sessions, supporting learners to explore leadership behaviours, decision-making and people management.</li><li>Facilitating interactive group workshops, encouraging open discussion and peer learning.</li><li>Providing detailed written and verbal feedback, helping learners develop critical thinking and self-awareness.</li><li>Completing assessments and workplace observations, ensuring learners can demonstrate leadership behaviours in action.</li><li>Conducting structured progress reviews with learners and their employers.</li><li>Supporting learners through reflective practice, personal development planning and preparation for end-point assessment.</li><li>Travelling quarterly for face-to-face review meetings, along with occasional visits to learners across England — reimbursed at 45p per mile.</li></ul><p>Sessions are typically monthly but remain flexible, with some tutors choosing to deliver group workshops to support up to 10 learners in a single day.</p><p>Who this role suits</p><p>You\'ll flourish here if you:</p><ul><li>Hold a teaching/assessing qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, PTLLS or PGCE.</li><li>Enjoy coaching, questioning, facilitating and bringing out the best in adult learners.</li><li>Are confident working remotely, managing your own diary and building positive working relationships.</li><li>Care deeply about learner experience, inclusion and high-quality delivery.</li></ul> Salary: GBP 800 - 1400 per month
