Everything we do is underpinned by rigorous training and operational practices prioritising Health and safety.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ROLE SUMMARY</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Your primary role as an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer within Deploy is to resource suitable candidates for key client requirements within the Civils, Rail & Construction markets, and provide support to the delivery teams in delivering service to our clients and candidates:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Identifying candidates through job boards, the Deploy database, and sector-specific social media groups.</li><li>Registration of suitable candidates onto our internal database</li><li>Writing job adverts</li><li>Screening candidates</li><li>Taking details of candidate referees</li><li>Shortlisting and Hot listing suitable candidates</li><li>Liaising with Compliance and Payroll where necessary</li><li>Dealing with Candidate pay queries and liaising with payroll and compliance to resolve these issues</li><li>Booking jobs and amending CRM</li><li>General administrative duties</li><li>Candidate aftercare</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY SKILLS</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Communication</li><li>Inquisitive</li><li>Resilient</li><li>Multi-tasking</li><li>Initiative</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Work at a pace</li><li>Comfortable talking on the phone</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>This position will require the individual to be calling a high volume of candidates daily as part of their role. It is essential that applicants feel confident they can do this, as it is an essential part of the role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>THE APPRENTICESHIP</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Deploy Recruitment Group offers an apprenticeship scheme that runs in parallel with your day-to-day role. The apprenticeship provides a practical programme that develops knowledge, skills, and behaviours, increasing confidence, competence, and abilities.</p><p><br></p><p>You will receive full support throughout the apprenticeship with a personal coach dedicated to your development and a dedicated line manager within the business who will provide guidance and structure. You will have access to a full suite of online learning resources, technology and discussion groups.</p><p><br></p><p>You will be enrolled within the first eight weeks of employment, and the apprenticeship typically takes between 12 and 18 months to complete. Once complete, you will receive a formal qualification.</p><p><br></p><p>*Please note that enrolment into an apprenticeship requires minimum academic criteria, which can be discussed before attending an interview*</p><p><br></p><p>Hours of work will be Mon- Fri 08.30-17.00</p><p><br></p><p>The place of work will be located at our Farringdon office in London</p><p><br></p><p>First year apprenticeship Salary is £15,600.
