The Role

We're a growing Amazon advertising agency looking for an Amazon Specialist to support our team across our full portfolio of client accounts.

This is not a single-account role — you'll work alongside our Account Manager and Chief Strategist to help manage day-to-day operations, optimize listings, support advertising efforts, and keep accounts running smoothly across 13+ brands (and growing).

This role starts as a freelance/contract engagement with a clear path to full-time employment and promotion to Account Manager as we scale.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day Amazon account operations across multiple client accounts in Seller Central
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and flag issues proactively
Assist with weekly and monthly performance reporting and data analysis
Help manage inventory monitoring, pricing, and promotional setup
Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms
Manage A+ Content and Brand Story creation and updates
Monitor catalog health including suppressed listings and policy compliance
Conduct keyword research to support both organic and advertising strategies
Assist with PPC campaign monitoring, bid adjustments, and budget management
Perform search term analysis and negative keyword management
Support campaign builds and restructures under direction from the team

Must-Have

2+ years hands-on Amazon experience (Seller Central, catalog management, and/or advertising)
Proficient English — written and verbal
Strong experience with Helium 10 and Data Dive
Advanced Google Sheets skills
Understanding of how Amazon's marketplace works — search algorithm, organic ranking, PPC fundamentals
Experience managing multiple accounts or brands simultaneously
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently
Available during U.S. business hours (Pacific or Central Time overlap preferred)

ClickUp, Slack, Ad Labs experience
Exposure to Amazon DSP
Agency experience
Meta advertising familiarity
