Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the brand's strategy across Amazon and other major marketplaces, driving sustainable growth.
  • Ensure customer activation plans align with wider business guidance and local market strategy.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the UK retail and ecommerce landscape, including evolving consumer behaviours.
  • Working knowledge of emerging social commerce platforms and activation models.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, self-directed working style with confidence in owning and shaping an independent agenda.
  • Strong relationship management capability, able to collaborate effectively with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a focus on measurement, insight generation, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into clear strategic and operational decisions.
