Make up to $24.25 per hour with incentives out of Round Rock, TX!

DEDE (DElivering DElights) is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), a third party company that hires drivers to deliver Amazon packages. You would be directly employed by us and NOT Amazon. We are looking to continue building our strong team of Delivery Associates motivated to get every package to the customer's door, not just on time, but with the highest quality of delivery! Each driver will have a set of metrics that will be shared on a weekly basis and that gives the driver insight into how they are performing and what they need to improve. We will train and coach you on all these metrics.
Our starting pay consists of $22.25/hr base + $1 immediate starting incentive bonus for good performance = $23.25/hr when you accomplish these metrics. There is no waiting or probationary period! You can earn $23.25 from your first week working at DEDE ($22.25 base + $1/hr extra for performance bonus)!
Once you have trained and coached on achieving these metrics, you will become eligible for DOT certification through JJKeller and drive our step vans and increase your hourly pay rate to $23.25/hr + $1 incentive bonus for good performance bonus = $24.25/hr.
You also accrue PTO (paid time off) immediately, and will become eligible for our health care benefits (including Dental and Vision) after 30 days of being full-time with us (30 hrs or more per week). Van provided! No need for a commercial driver's license. Full-time drivers work 4 days (8 -10 hours) on/ 3 days off. Most desired Experience for the role is SAFE DRIVING to protect yourself and the people in the community you deliver in.
  • Shifts begin at 10:00 am. We do NOT offer earlier shifts.

  • MUST work at least one WEEKEND day, either Saturday or Sunday or even both if you prefer. We do NOT offer Monday-Friday positions.
  • Part-time drivers work fewer days and may include weekends.
  • No experience is necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know!

  • Must be positive with a high customer service ethic.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass a standard 5-panel drug test.
  • Must pass a motor vehicle record check.
