Our renowned clinic located in Harley Street is seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician/Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. As a Beautician/Aesthetician, you will provide a wide range of beauty and aesthetic treatments to our valued clients. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and the latest techniques, helping clients enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence. This is an exciting role for individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of beauty and aesthetic treatments: body/face treatments, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
  • Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens based on client consultations and assessments.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of all equipment, tools, and treatment rooms in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and product usage.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Beautician/Aesthetician, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in a variety of beauty and aesthetic treatments.
  • Relevant qualifications/certifications in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and the latest trends in the industry.
  • Proficiency in using beauty equipment and tools.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalised service.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
