Our client is a highly regarded prime residential property investment and management business, operating a prestigious portfolio of high-end residential assets across London and Europe. They are seeking an Administrator to support their growing residential property management team, based full-time in their lovely London office, with flexibility to attend sites at short notice.

This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, eager to learn and highly professional. You’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of a luxury residential portfolio, working closely with experienced property managers and gaining broad exposure across property operations, compliance, finance administration and project work. The role offers genuine scope to grow and shape your responsibilities over time.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for the team, answering calls from HNW landlords and tenants
  • Providing general administrative support, including expenses and calendar management
  • Supporting tenancy renewals and associated legal administration
  • Coordinating and scheduling repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors and interior designers
  • Assisting with financial administration, including budgets and funding requests
  • Supporting property inspections and ensuring compliance documentation is kept up to date
  • Assisting with client relationship management across landlords, tenants and potential investors
  • Contributing to project work focused on improving systems, templates and processes

What we are looking for:

  • Highly organised, detail-driven and naturally proactive
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing manner
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen to learn and develop within a property-focused role
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Previous exposure to property or administration is helpful but not essential
