About the position

A highly reputable organization is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to B2B sales, in person meetings, cold calling, utilizing Salesforce, Microsoft excel and much more! Job Description: Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance. Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply. Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing leads and activity in Salesforce. Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings. Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Environment This role involves being in the field 4-5 times a week. Employees will receive \$50/month for phone expenses and \$0.70 per mile for travel. The position offers uncapped commission, with specific earnings for partner applications, readiness, and launch milestones. You will have the opportunity to build community partnerships with small businesses.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Experience in outside/field sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
