This includes reminding clients of overdue debts via phone and email before escalating any issues to the Management Accountant and Financial Controller.</li><br/><li><strong>Expense Management</strong>: Process credit card transactions and staff expenses, ensuring they are reconciled and ready for payment.</li><br/><li><strong>Bank Reconciliations</strong>: Conduct daily bank reconciliations, including for foreign accounts, to maintain accurate records.</li><br/><li><strong>Payment Runs</strong>: Produce the weekly payment run report and enter payments in the banking system.</li><br/><li><strong>Month-End Support</strong>: Assist the Management Accountant with month-end procedures to ensure everything is in order.</li><br/><li><strong>Procurement Support</strong>: Help with procurement processes and customer onboarding as needed.</li><br/><li><strong>General Administration</strong>: Carry out ad-hoc duties and tasks as required to support the finance team.</li><br/><li><strong>Cashflow Forecasting</strong>: Contribute to short-term cashflow forecasting to help the organisation stay on track.</li><br/></ul><br/><p> </p><br/><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><br/><p><strong> </strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><br/><li>Experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of accounts processes.</li><br/><li>Proficiency in accounting software (knowledge of Iplicit is a plus!).</li><br/><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><br/><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong relationships.</li><br/><li>A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.</li><br/></ul><br/><p><br /> If you're enthusiastic about numbers and ready to take on a new challenge in the tech industry, we want to hear from you!
