Overall Purpose

Search are partnering with a accounting firm that prides itself on doing things differently. We're recruiting an Account Manager who thrives on building meaningful client relationships, understands how businesses operate, and is excited about delivering high impact financial insight.

In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to your clients providing clear reporting, delivering valuable advisory support, and helping business owners make confident, informed decisions

Client Relationships That Matter

Build, nurture and manage long term client partnerships. Become client's trusted financial partner, understanding their goals and challenges

Insightful Financial Reporting

Produce and review monthly and quarterly performance reports. Review annual statutory accounts and provide clear, actionable commentary on financial performance

Advisory That Drives Growth

Deliver tailored commercial advice to help clients make key decisions. Lead monthly and quarterly performance review meetings and support project based work such as forecasting, finance raising and other strategic initiatives

Collaboration & Team Support

Coach and support junior team members, work closely with colleagues to ensure reporting accuracy and deadline delivery

Growth & Opportunity Spotting

Identify opportunities to enhance client support or grow accounts. Benefit from a reward structure that recognises contribution to business growth

What We're Looking For

A Professional Qualification

3-5 years post qualified | ACCA, ICAS, AAT Level 4 (or equivalent qualification or experience)

Practice or Multi‑Client Experience

Comfortable managing several clients simultaneously in a structured, fast‑paced environment

Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills

Able to interpret numbers, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly and confidently

Relationship‑Driven Mindset

Enjoys working closely with clients and building trust-based partnerships

Business‑Savvy & Curious

Understands how businesses work and is motivated by helping them grow
