Company Description

Online sales are constantly increasing. The forecast projects that US online retail sales will reach $645 billion in 2020 (a 12.1%) and will top $1 trillion by late 2025.

With this increasing number, customer behavior and expectations are changing, too: While customers can easily purchase goods and services online from wherever they are and around the clock, access to support is hardly available. For cost reasons, companies still only offer their support at traditional opening hours with support having a mediocre reputation. This results in losing customers and poor conversion rates because the competition is just one click away.

Guuru’s technology allows companies to offer 24/7 live chat support at an affordable price: By engaging the customer crowd, customers use the knowledge of their own most experienced and passionate customers to support others. The AI-driven algorithm distributes questions to the right source and through machine learning, it constantly improves itself.

Our goal is to become the world’s leading Customer Service Crowdsourcing Platform and set the new standard of customer service in the digital world.

Do you want to be part of our ambitious team to contribute to this fast-growing market need and help us accelerate our growth?
