ABOUT THE ROLE The Client Partnership department is a collective of creative, strategic and statistical brand and project managers focused on the goal of nurturing long-standing partnerships with clients and internal teams. We serve as the focal point of the agency connecting and impacting client’s business goals to the services and subject matter experts that can come together to help solve clients’ business problems. The Account Executive will support both the brand and project teams with client service needs, project management and execution, and administrative needs. The role will focus on primarily on the needs of healthcare marketing. Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred but not required. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Assist the Client Partnership team of assigned account with day-to-day tasks and work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure work is moving forward. This position is a dual brand and project role and will work on both disciplines within the department • Build foundational understanding of the key steps in bringing video, print, experiential, and social/digital projects to market (from kick off, to creative development, to production, and delivery) • Partner with integrated teams to organize and plan project execution on time and on budget • Support projects by creating timelines and staying on schedule and within budget, seeing jobs through to completion • Learn how to develop and maintain internal and external status reports, agendas, meeting recaps and other agency and client communications and correspondence • Develop proficiency with project management software; Webvantage and Zoom Web Client (Asset Management) • Assist in the development of project plans, scopes of work and budget estimating (as needed) • Help to schedule meetings and coordination of schedules within the agency and/or with the client • Conduct simple research to help the team understand various topics when needed WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years of advertising/marketing experience working at agency or client • Experience or familiarity with media planning/buying, either on the media side or client management side. • Experience managing timelines for creative projects and productions. • BA Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred • A team player whose qualities and motivations align with our agency’s core values - fearless, integrity, advocacy, impact, ingenuity and foresight. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with eagerness to adapt and learn quickly. • Develop a working-level understanding of clients’ industries, company culture, and products/services • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at one time with the ability to meet deadlines. • Strong attention to detail • Excellent organization skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Problem-solver, independently and with a team in a solution-oriented manner WHAT WE OFFER • Comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being. • Recharge and unwind with a generous time-off policy. • Stay connected with a mobile stipend. • Secure your financial future with a 401k and company match. • Make a difference through community involvement with time and financial matching. • Set goals and track progress through annual performance reviews. • Learning and development.
