Job Description: • Manage full-cycle onboarding, including background checks, I-9 verification, and document collection • Monitor and track candidate training completion • Improve the onboarding experience and streamline processes • Manage offboarding procedures, distribute paperwork, collect and distribute offboarding feedback • Support terminations and update employee records accordingly • Track employee license submission for credentialing (BCBA, BCaBA, SLP, OT, CPR, BLS) and certification renewals • Lead and record onboarding training to ensure compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and state-specific requirements • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and documentation • Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws • Address employee concerns and disputes in a professional and confidential manner during training • Support performance-related conversations, disciplinary actions, and terminations during training • Provide Benefits and Total Rewards special project support • Coordinate company hosted events and communication, and share at company All Hands meetings • Create materials to introduce new team members and spotlight promotions in Canva • Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and HR policies • Coordinate and document performance review cycles • Assist in the development of new HR procedures and process improvements • Own all updates and changes that are onboarding and benefits related in HRIS (Paylocity) and Onboarding (Tangelo) • Track and report HR and onboarding KPIs (time-to-hire, onboarding completion, payroll accuracy) • Provide data insights and support leadership with operational decisions Requirements: • 2–4 years of HR or onboarding experience • Knowledge of HR compliance, onboarding best practices, and multi-state employment law • Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality • arenaflex Workspace, Canva skills preferred.
