<br>Hybrid Working - Mixture of Face to Face Delivery & Remote Sessions! <br><br>FIND is a specialist staffing business supporting the Skills, Learning, and Apprenticeship sector across the UK.<br>We’re proud to be working with a high-quality financial services and insurance training provider (Ofsted Grade 2). <br> <br><strong>The Opportunity</strong><br>This role is ideal for:<br> <ul> <li>Existing apprenticeship or skills coaches within financial services & accountancy. </li> <li>Candidates new to apprenticeships, but with strong industry knowledge and relevant qualifications.</li> </ul>  <br><strong>About the Role</strong><br>As an AAT Skills Coach/ Trainer, you’ll support a caseload of apprentices, guiding them through their learning journey and helping them achieve their professional and apprenticeship outcomes.<br>You’ll work closely with learners and employers, delivering coaching, assessment, and structured support aligned to apprenticeship standards and quality expectations.<br>This role will involve face to face and group delivery sessions, in a classroom and in a virtual classroom. <br> <br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br> <ul> <li>Carry out initial skills assessments and skills radar calls to establish learner starting points</li> <li>Deliver inductions and complete learner sign-up documentation</li> <li>Coach apprentices through monthly progress reviews (remote and workplace-based)</li> <li>Deliver group learning sessions aligned to the curriculum plan and Ofsted requirements</li> <li>Support learners with queries, development needs, and portfolio building</li> <li>Track and assess learner progress against milestones, KSBs, and qualification requirements</li> <li>Contextualise learning to the apprentice’s job role and working environment</li> <li>Support apprentices to gather appropriate evidence for End Point Assessment (EPA)</li> <li>Coach learners through EPA preparation and readiness</li> <li>Maintain accurate learner records, including off-the-job tracking</li> <li>Escalate risks to learner progress in a timely and professional manner</li> <li>Work collaboratively with employers, line managers, and internal teams</li> <li>Attend team meetings, standardisation, and CPD sessions</li> </ul>  <br><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br><strong>Essential</strong><br> <ul> <li>Strong occupational experience in the AAT/ Accountancy sector (typically 5+ years)</li> <li>Relevant Accountancy qualification, such as:</li> <ul> <li>AAT, ACCA, CIMA</li> </ul> </ul> <strong> (Essential)</strong><br> <ul> <li>Experience working within apprenticeships or work-based learning</li> <li>Understanding of End Point Assessment (EPA) processes</li> <li>Assessor or teaching qualification (A1, CAVA, TAQA, PGCE, CertEd, etc.)</li> <li>Experience working within a regulated or quality-driven environment (Ofsted / ESFA)</li> </ul>
