Interns work as core members of lean deal teams, supporting M&A, capital raising, and strategic mandates across diverse sectors and geographies in the UK, Europe, and globally. Your responsibilities could include analysing potential investment opportunities, financial modelling, creating approval papers, internal and external presentations, market analysis, and providing due diligence support, all whilst sitting side by side experienced colleagues who will support you as you learn and build new skills. Subject to deal flow, you will also assist in the originating and executing of live transactions across industry sectors including Software and Services; Consumer, Gaming and Leisure; Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and more. <br><br><b> What you offer </b><br><br></p><ul><li>You are a student in your final year of university (bachelor or master), or a recent graduate </li><li>You have strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data, and are able to articulate complex ideas simply and summarise them effectively </li><li>You are results-driven, and perform well under pressure against tight deadlines, and are a proven team player, able to manage a wide range of responsibilities </li><li>You have an excellent academic background and fluency in English.
